Zyrtar\u00ebt dhe banor\u00ebt lokal\u00eb n\u00eb Pastasel, nj\u00eb fshat n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e Rahovecit, p\u00ebrkujtuan t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn 22-vjetorin e nj\u00eb masakre t\u00eb 106 civil\u00ebve gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb 1999.<\/p>\n

\u201cKjo masak\u00ebr, dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb ne po p\u00ebrkujtojm\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn, na kujton \u00e7mimin q\u00eb kemi paguar p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, por kjo na b\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb kompromis me lirin\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe shtetin ton\u00eb\u201d, tha ushtruesi i detyr\u00ebs presidenti Glauk Konjufca, i cili b\u00ebri homazhe n\u00eb memorialin e fshatit.<\/p>\n

\u201cShteti serb nuk i kurseu as f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb masak\u00ebr. Kjo tregon se sa monstruoz ishte presidenti jugosllav Sllobodan Milloshevi\u00e7\u201d, shtoi Konjufca.<\/p>\n

Pasditen e 31 marsit 1999, forcat ushtarake, paraushtarake dhe policore serbe rrethuan fshatin me rreth 100 sht\u00ebpi, i cili n\u00eb jav\u00ebt e m\u00ebparshme e kishte dyfishuar popullsin\u00eb e tij pasi shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz q\u00eb ishin zhvendosur nga fshatrat e tjer\u00eb nga lufta kishin mb\u00ebrritur aty p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar strehim.<\/p>\n

D\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt okular\u00eb thon\u00eb se pasi hodh\u00ebn granata p\u00ebr nj\u00eb or\u00eb, forcat serbe mblodh\u00ebn vendasit n\u00eb nj\u00eb fush\u00eb, ndan\u00eb burrat nga grat\u00eb dhe filluan t\u00eb q\u00ebllonin me arm\u00eb zjarri.<\/p>\n

\u201cAta i ndan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb grupe me nga 30 vet\u00eb, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre. Askush nuk mbijetoi nga grupi i par\u00eb. Pati gjithsej kat\u00ebr grupe. Un\u00eb isha n\u00eb grupin e tret\u00eb\u201d, tha t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn mbijetuari 77-vje\u00e7ar Tahir Krasniqi.<\/p>\n

Kryetari i komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Rahovecit, Smajl Latifi, gjithashtu b\u00ebri homazhe p\u00ebr viktimat.<\/p>\n

\u201cAta q\u00eb u vran\u00eb u varros\u00ebn fillimisht nga banor\u00ebt lokal\u00eb, por forcat serbe i zhvarros\u00ebn ata dit\u00eb m\u00eb pas dhe dogj\u00ebn disa prej kufomave n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshehur krimin\u201d, tha Latifi.<\/p>\n

\u201cP\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, ky krim mbetet ende i pand\u00ebshkuar\u201d. shtoi ai, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje gjyq\u00ebsorit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb krimet.<\/p>\n
