{"id":186407,"date":"2021-02-26T12:16:09","date_gmt":"2021-02-26T11:16:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.recom.link\/?p=186407"},"modified":"2021-02-26T12:30:20","modified_gmt":"2021-02-26T11:30:20","slug":"ne-hulumtimin-e-ri-dokumentohen-600-qendra-boshnjake-paraburgimi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recom.link\/sq\/ne-hulumtimin-e-ri-dokumentohen-600-qendra-boshnjake-paraburgimi\/","title":{"rendered":"N\u00eb hulumtimin e ri dokumentohen 600 qendra boshnjake paraburgimi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Hulumtimi i ri dokumenton m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 600 kampe paraburgimi, burgje ose mjedise t\u00eb tjera burgimi q\u00eb operuan gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs 1992-1995 n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb &#8211; shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr sesa jan\u00eb dokumentuar nga vendimet e gjykatave.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb hulumtim i botuar t\u00eb enjten nga dy OJQ boshnjake dokumenton mbi 600 vende ku njer\u00ebzit u ndaluan gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Bosnje \u2013 m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa jan\u00eb num\u00ebruar m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Studiuesit nga OJQ-t\u00eb, Drejt\u00ebsia Tranzicionale, P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia dhe Kujtesa n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb dhe Qendra p\u00ebr Demokraci dhe Drejt\u00ebsi Tranzicionale, kryen hulumtime n\u00eb terren dhe mor\u00ebn deklarata nga t\u00eb mbijetuarit e luft\u00ebs dhe ish t\u00eb burgosurit e kampeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb identifikuar vendet e paraburgimit dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar se kush ishte mbajtur atje dhe n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb kushtesh.<\/p>\n<p>Duke prezantuar hulumtimin n\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb n\u00eb internet, Natasa Kandi\u00e7, koordinatore e KOMRA, nj\u00eb rrjet OJQ-sh q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb komision t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs dhe pajtimit t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs p\u00ebr ish-Jugosllavin\u00eb, tha se mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasur qindra qendra paraburgimi q\u00eb operonin gjat\u00eb konfliktit t\u00eb viteve 1990.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cM\u00eb shum\u00eb se 50 burime me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u konsultuam p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht pajtohen se kishte rreth 1,500 kampe, burgje ose ambiente t\u00eb tjera ndalimi gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb\u201d, tha Kandi\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo tha se rreth 300 deri n\u00eb 350 prej k\u00ebtyre vendeve kan\u00eb qen\u00eb objekt i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Penale Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr ish-Jugosllavin\u00eb n\u00eb Hag\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e OJQ-ve shpjeguan rrethanat n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat u ngrit\u00ebn kampet n\u00eb disa zona t\u00eb vendit dhe forcat q\u00eb ishin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse n\u00eb to.<\/p>\n<p>Mirna Alibegovi\u00e7 tha se ndalimet n\u00eb Brcko filluan m\u00eb 3 maj 1992 pas nj\u00eb sulmi nga forcat serbe t\u00eb Bosnj\u00ebs. Qendra m\u00eb e madhe e ndalimit ishte Luka, ku mbaheshin boshnjak\u00ebt dhe kroat\u00ebt, me rreth 3,000 civil\u00eb q\u00eb mbaheshin atje n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme gjat\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb tij nga 7 maji deri m\u00eb 9 korrik 1992.<\/p>\n<p>Alibegovi\u00e7 tha se kampet e paraburgimit p\u00ebr serb\u00ebt u krijuan pas 14 shtatorit 1992 kur forcat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb Boshnjake t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga boshnjak\u00ebt dhe K\u00ebshillit Kroat t\u00eb Mbrojtjes, forca kroate e Bosnj\u00ebs e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs, sulmuan 19 fshatra t\u00eb populluara nga serb\u00ebt p\u00ebrreth Brckos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVendimet e gjykatave n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuan ekzistenc\u00ebn e 11 objekteve t\u00eb tilla, nd\u00ebrsa hulumtimi q\u00eb ne b\u00ebm\u00eb v\u00ebrtetoi ekzistenc\u00ebn e 13\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n<p>Benjamin Sabljica tha se n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Mostarit, sipas GJPNJ-s\u00eb dhe vendimeve t\u00eb brendshme, kishte 15 kampe paraburgimi \u2013 tet\u00eb t\u00eb kontrolluar nga K\u00ebshilli Kroat i Mbrojtjes, pes\u00eb t\u00eb kontrolluar nga Ushtria Boshnjake dhe dy t\u00eb kontrolluar nga Ushtria Popullore Jugosllave.<\/p>\n<p>Por hulumtimi i OJQ-ve p\u00ebrs\u00ebri sugjeroi se ky ishte nj\u00eb n\u00ebnvler\u00ebsim.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHulumtimi q\u00eb kemi kryer \u00e7oi n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se kishte edhe n\u00ebnt\u00eb ambiente paraburgimit\u201d, tha Sabljica.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb i madhi ishte Heliodromi, pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb ish-strukture t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb Popullore Jugosllave, i krijuar m\u00eb 3 shtator 1992, kryesisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur boshnjak\u00ebt dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur luft\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Kroat t\u00eb Mbrojtjes dhe civil\u00eb serb\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNumri m\u00eb i lart\u00eb i t\u00eb ndaluarve t\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion ishte 6,000\u201d, tha Sabljica.<\/p>\n<p>Zlatica Gruhonjic shpjegoi se n\u00eb komun\u00ebn Konjic, mjediset e paraburgimit filluan t\u00eb ngriheshin n\u00eb prill dhe maj 1992 kur forcat kroate dhe boshnjake \u00e7armatos\u00ebn bashk\u00ebrisht njer\u00ebzit nga fshatrat kryesisht t\u00eb populluar me serb\u00eb p\u00ebrreth Konjicit. Sidoqoft\u00eb situata ndryshoi nd\u00ebrsa marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet midis forcave kroate, boshnjake dhe serbe n\u00eb zon\u00eb ndryshuan.<\/p>\n<p>Vendimet e gjykat\u00ebs kan\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar se kishte tre kampe n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Konjicit q\u00eb mbanin serb\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb q\u00eb mbante luft\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Kroat t\u00eb Mbrojtjes, por hulumtimi i OJQ-ve gjeti m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHulumtimi nga ekipi yn\u00eb i deritanish\u00ebm ka treguar se \u2026 p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket ambienteve t\u00eb paraburgimit p\u00ebr serb\u00ebt, kishte edhe gjasht\u00eb ambiente t\u00eb tjera, 19 ambiente paraburgimi p\u00ebr kroat\u00ebt dhe gjasht\u00eb ambiente n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat u mbajt\u00ebn mysliman\u00eb boshnjak\u00eb\u201d, tha Gruhonji\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Kushtet ishin \u00e7njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn d\u00ebrrmuese t\u00eb ambienteve t\u00eb paraburgimit. T\u00eb burgosurit mbaheshin n\u00eb hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb ngushta, nuk u jepej uj\u00eb ose ushqim i mjaftuesh\u00ebm dhe u keqtrajtuan fizikisht. Shum\u00eb prej tyre u mor\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrdorur si mburoja njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb vij\u00ebn e frontit ose p\u00ebr pun\u00eb t\u00eb
