K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar Serb, i cili p\u00ebrkrah pakic\u00ebn serbe t\u00eb Kroacis\u00eb, s\u00eb bashku me t\u00eb af\u00ebrm t\u00eb viktimave dhe aktivist\u00eb kund\u00ebr luft\u00ebs, u mblodh\u00ebn t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn n\u00eb qytetin kroat t\u00eb Karlovacit p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtuar 13 trupat e kapura t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb Popullore Jugosllave t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u vran\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1991 nga nj\u00eb polic kroat.<\/p>\n

Ata than\u00eb se po p\u00ebrkujtonin vdekjet e ushtar\u00ebve nd\u00ebrsa gjithashtu \u201cpo d\u00ebnonin frik\u00ebn dhe vuajtjet q\u00eb qyteti i Karlovacit dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb banor\u00ebt e tij u desh t\u00eb duronin gjat\u00eb bombardimeve\u201d nga Ushtria Popullore Jugosllave n\u00eb 1991.<\/p>\n

Ata than\u00eb gjithashtu se po d\u00ebnonin \u201cnxitjen e luft\u00ebs, mobilizimin dhe demonizimin e atyre q\u00eb nuk pranuan t\u00eb merrnin arm\u00ebt\u201d si dhe \u201cekzekutimin \u00e7njer\u00ebzor t\u00eb t\u00eb burgosurve t\u00eb paarmatosur\u201d.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrkujtimorja u mbajt n\u00eb Kish\u00ebn Ortodokse n\u00eb Karlovac dhe n\u00eb varrezat lokale pasi K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar Serb njoftoi se p\u00ebrkujtimorja n\u00eb vendin e krimit, nj\u00eb ur\u00eb n\u00eb Karlovac, \u201cnuk ishte e mundur k\u00ebt\u00eb vit\u201d.<\/p>\n

Damir Mandic, kryetari i komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Karlovacit, shkroi n\u00eb Facebook se ai mendonte se eventi p\u00ebrkujtimor nuk duhej t\u00eb mbahej n\u00eb ur\u00eb sepse ajo \u201csh\u00ebrben si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb mohuar politik\u00ebn e Serbis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit jugosllav Sllobodan Milloshevi\u00e7, e cila \u00e7oi n\u00eb vuajtjet e rezervist\u00ebve t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb Popullore Jugosllave\u201d.<\/p>\n

Karlovaci ishte n\u00eb vij\u00ebn e frontit gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs kroate p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi n\u00eb vitin 1991 dhe p\u00ebsoi d\u00ebme serioze.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar Serb k\u00ebmb\u00ebnguli megjithat\u00eb se p\u00ebrkujtimorja \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr luft\u00ebs dhe synon t\u00eb d\u00ebnoj\u00eb politikat luftarake \u201ct\u00eb cilat \u00e7uan n\u00eb vuajtje jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb civil\u00ebve nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt, por edhe t\u00eb ushtar\u00ebve t\u00eb rekrutuar t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, deri n\u00eb shp\u00ebrthimin e luft\u00ebs, b\u00ebnin nj\u00eb jet\u00eb paq\u00ebsore me fqinj\u00ebt e tyre\u201d.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb 2015, Gjykata e Lart\u00eb e Kroacis\u00eb la n\u00eb fuqi d\u00ebnimin e ish-policit kroat Mihajlo Hrastov p\u00ebr vrasjen e 13 rezervist\u00ebve t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb Popullore Jugosllave dhe plagosjen e dy t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve n\u00eb shtator 1991.<\/p>\n

\u00c7\u00ebshtja, e cila nuk u klasifikua si nj\u00eb krim lufte, por si \u201cvrasje dhe plagosje e paligjshme e armiqve\u201d, filloi n\u00eb mars 1992 dhe p\u00ebrfshiu gjasht\u00eb gjyqe.<\/p>\n
