prandaj ICTY udh\u00ebzon autoritetet dhe gjith\u00eb oficer\u00ebt dhe agjent\u00ebt e t\u00eb gjitha shteteve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb, me gjith\u00eb kujdesin e duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar arrestimin, paraburgimin dhe transferimin e tyre n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb,\u201d thuhet n\u00eb urdh\u00ebr arrestimet.<\/p>\n<p>ICTY fillimisht i b\u00ebri thirrje Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb arrestoj\u00eb t\u00eb tre an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e partis\u00eb nacionaliste n\u00eb janar, por q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb Beogradi ka refuzuar ekstradimin e tyre n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Hag\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me vendimet e saj t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme n\u00eb raste t\u00eb ngjashme, Gjykata e Lart\u00eb n\u00eb Beograd <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balkaninsight.com\/al\/article\/gjykata-serbe-refuzon-t%C3%AB-ekstradoj%C3%AB-radikal%C3%ABt-e-k%C3%ABrkuar-05-18-2016\">vendosi n\u00eb maj t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti<\/a> se tre politikan\u00ebt nuk mund t\u00eb arrestohen dhe transferohen n\u00eb Hag\u00eb p\u00ebr gjykim, sepse kjo nuk do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin serb p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim me gjykatat e krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura nga OKB-ja.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria serbe po ashtu refuzoi t\u00eb veproj\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb urdh\u00ebr arrestin e l\u00ebshuar, duke cituar arsyet e siguris\u00eb dhe duke sugjeruar se arrestimi i tyre do t\u00eb shkaktonte trazira n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Urdh\u00ebr arresti p\u00ebr tre personat erdhi pasi Shesheli u lirua p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr t\u2019u kuruar nga kanceri n\u00eb n\u00ebntor 2014. \u00cbsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar nga qeveria se arrestimi i tyre mund t\u00eb rrezikoj\u00eb stabilitetin n\u00eb vend,\u201d tha Sasa Obradovi\u00e7, i d\u00ebrguari i qeveris\u00eb serbe p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim me Gjykat\u00ebn e Hag\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Radeta, Ostoji\u00e7 dhe Joji\u00e7 akuzohen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balkaninsight.com\/al\/article\/gjykata-e-ob-s%C3%AB-p%C3%ABrplaset-me-serbin%C3%AB-p%C3%ABr-kanosje-d%C3%ABshmitar%C3%ABsh-09-25-2016\">se kan\u00eb shp\u00ebrfillur gjykat\u00ebn<\/a>, p\u00ebr k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebsh n\u00eb gjyqin e Sheshelit dhe p\u00ebr shantazh t\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve t\u00eb mbrojtur si edhe se u kan\u00eb ofruar atyre 500 euro p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos d\u00ebshmuar.<\/p>\n<p>Disa v\u00ebzhgues dyshojn\u00eb se arsyet p\u00ebr mos ekstradimin radikal\u00ebve jan\u00eb politike, duke pretenduar se <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balkaninsight.com\/al\/article\/ngre-dyshime-refuzimi-i-serbis%C3%AB-p%C3%ABr-ekstradimin-e-radikal%C3%ABve-10-31-2016\">akuzat q\u00eb kryeministri serb Aleksand\u00ebr Vu\u00e7i\u00e7<\/a> &#8211; i cili dikur ishte krahu i djatht\u00eb i Sheshelit \u2013 ishte i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje tek d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb shesh, n\u00ebse \u00e7\u00ebshtja shkon n\u00eb gjyq.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrhyrja e dyshuar tek nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar ndodhi gjat\u00eb gjykimit p\u00ebr krime lufte t\u00eb Sheshelit n\u00eb ICTY, kur Vu\u00e7i\u00e7i punonte si bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor ligjor n\u00eb ekipin e mbrojtjes nga viti 2004 deri n\u00eb vitin 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Urdh\u00ebr arresti tha se nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar i identifikuar thjesht si D\u00ebshmitari 4 iu k\u00ebrkua t\u00eb takonte Vu\u00e7i\u00e7in dhe Zoran Krasi\u00e7, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor ligjor n\u00eb ekipin e mbrojtjes s\u00eb Sheshelit n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00ebshmitari 4 m\u00eb von\u00eb informoi prokurorin\u00eb se &#8220;ai nuk do t\u00eb d\u00ebshmonte p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb presionit t\u00eb madh q\u00eb ishte ushtruar mbi t\u00eb&#8221;. BIRN nuk ka mundur t\u00eb verifikoj\u00eb n\u00ebse takimi ndodhi apo jo.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb n\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, ICTY ka vazhduar t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00eb p\u00ebr ekstradimin e tre radikal\u00ebve dhe ka kritikuar Serbin\u00eb n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Sigurimit t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb p\u00ebr mos bashk\u00ebpunim me Gjykat\u00ebn e Hag\u00ebs, duke e akuzuar vendin se po pengon drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ekipi serb p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim me Gjykat\u00ebn e Hag\u00ebs k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb se ka b\u00ebr\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin dhe se p\u00ebrsa u takon atyre, kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje \u00ebsht\u00eb mbyllur.<\/p>\n<p>Ai citoi gjithashtu shembullin e ish-z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebses s\u00eb ICTY-s\u00eb, Florence Hartman, e cila u d\u00ebnua p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrfillje t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs n\u00eb Hag\u00eb, por vendi i saj Franca refuzoi ta ekstradoj\u00eb at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb par\u00eb, \u00e7do mos bashk\u00ebpunim me Gjykat\u00ebn e Hag\u00ebs ka pasur nj\u00eb ndikim n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e integrimit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb BE duke qen\u00eb se negociatat e vendit me Brukselin jan\u00eb ndalur n\u00eb disa raste derisa \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur pajtueshm\u00ebri e plot\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00ebpunimi me ICTY-n\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga k\u00ebrkesat kryesore t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb negociatat e hapura s\u00eb fundmi t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr Kapitullin 23, i cili merret me sundimin e ligjit.<\/p>\n<p>Mosrespektimi i fundit n\u00eb lidhje me tre radikal\u00ebt nuk ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur zyrtarisht si nj\u00eb problem nga BE-ja, por u ngrit n\u00eb progres raportin e funti t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.balkaninsight.com\/al\/article\/gjykata-e-hag%C3%ABs-liron-vojisllav-sheshelin-nga-akuzat-p%C3%ABr-krime-lufte-03-31-2016http:\/www.balkaninsight.com\/al\/article\/gjykata-e-hag%C3%ABs-liron-vojisllav-sheshelin-nga-akuzat-p%C3%ABr-krime-lufte-03-31-2016\">Shesheli u lirua nga akuzat p\u00ebr krime lufte n\u00eb Kroaci, Bosnje dhe Serbi<\/a> nga ICTY-ja n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, por \u00e7\u00ebshtja tani ka kaluar n\u00eb apel.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, ai dhe tre aleat\u00ebt e k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij mbeten aktiv n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike n\u00eb Serbi.<\/p>\n<p>Shesheli dhe Radeta kan\u00eb qen\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb parlamentit serb q\u00eb prej zgjedhjeve t\u00eb prillit, nd\u00ebrsa kryetari i Partis\u00eb Radikale ka lajm\u00ebruar gjithashtu se do t\u00eb kandidoj\u00eb p\u00ebr postin e presidentit n\u00eb vitin 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(Publikuar <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balkaninsight.com\/al\/article\/shteteve-t%C3%AB-okb-s%C3%AB-u-k%C3%ABrkohet-t%C3%AB-arrestojn%C3%AB-radikal%C3%ABt-e-k%C3%ABrkuar-serb%C3%AB-11-29-2016\">n\u00eb Balkaninsight 30. 11. 2016.)<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"&nbsp;
