Gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb viti, me pun\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe konsultime me president\u00eb e an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Presidenc\u00ebs s\u00eb BeH t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i deleguan, ata kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb <strong>Ndryshime t\u00eb Statutit t\u00eb KOMRA-<\/strong>s\u00eb t\u00eb cilat, sipas mendimit t\u00eb tyre, paraqesin mund\u00ebsi ligjore dhe kushtetuese p\u00ebr themelimin e KOMRA-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuvendi VII i Koalicionit p\u00ebr KOMRA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rregullat e Koalicionit p\u00ebr KOMRA, Kuvendi i Koalicionit mori vendim p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien e mb\u00ebshtetjes p\u00ebr Ndryshimet e Statutit t\u00eb KOMRA-s\u00eb q\u00eb e miratoi m\u00eb 26.3.2011.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, m\u00eb 14 n\u00ebntor 2014 n\u00eb Beograd (Serbi) Koalicioni e mbajti Kuvendin, t\u00eb shtatin me radh\u00eb, me pjes\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb 104 delegat\u00ebve q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonin 1950 an\u00ebtar\u00eb\/e. Delegat\u00ebt, me nj\u00eb vot\u00eb kund\u00ebr dhe dy abstenime, mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn <strong>Ndryshimet e Statutit t\u00eb KOMRA-s\u00eb,<\/strong> q\u00eb i b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb deleguarit e presidentit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, Serbis\u00eb, Kroacis\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt bosnjak\u00eb dhe kroat\u00eb t\u00eb Presidenc\u00ebs s\u00eb BeH, dhe lidhur me detyr\u00ebn p\u00ebr t&#8217;i shqyrtuar mund\u00ebsit\u00eb ligjore dhe kushtetuese p\u00ebr themelimin e KOMRA-s\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do shtet individualisht.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb diskutim t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, delegat\u00ebt vler\u00ebsuan se me Ndryshimet \u201e\u00ebsht\u00eb ruajtuar thelbi i Propozim-Statutit, se heqja e kompetencave represive largon dyshimet se KOMRA i merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr kompetencat e organeve gjyq\u00ebsore, dhe se procedura e kandidimit dhe zgjedhjes s\u00eb bordeve selektuese dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Komisionit \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht\u00ebsuar n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme\u201d. N\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Koalicionit p\u00ebr KOMRA, delegat\u00ebt i p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet\u00ebn fuqish\u00ebm ndryshimet n\u00eb financimin e Komisionit, me t\u00eb cilat parashihet q\u00eb KOMRA t\u00eb financohet me donacione vendore dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, pastaj me mjete t\u00eb organizatave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, dhe jo nga kontributet shtet\u00ebrore, si\u00e7 propozonte Koalicioni.<\/p>\n<p>Delegat\u00ebt n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti e p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet\u00ebn q\u00ebndrimin e t\u00eb deleguarve q\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb Komisionit t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe \u201ep\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i programeve arsimore n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me faktet q\u00eb i v\u00ebrteton Komisioni.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Me rastin e mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb Ndryshimeve t\u00eb Statutit, duke iu drejtuar publikut, Koalicioni theksoi se n\u00eb mes t\u00eb t\u00eb deleguarve dhe president\u00ebve\/an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Presidenc\u00ebs u arrit pajtimi i plot\u00eb rreth asaj q\u00eb Komisioni duhet t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetoj\u00eb fakte rreth krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs si dhe rreth shkeljeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn nga 1 janari i vitit 1991 deri n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2001.
