Ambasadori Williamson tha se hetimi i zhvilluar nga TFHS-ja ka p\u00ebrparuar deri n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kur ai ishte i p\u00ebrgatitur t\u00eb shpall\u00eb t\u00eb gjeturat dhe se k\u00ebto p\u00ebrputh\u00ebshin n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe me raportin e vitit 2011 t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs nga Senatori Dick Marty. TFHS-ja ka gjetur prova t\u00eb bindshme kund\u00ebr ish-zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (U\u00c7K) dhe q\u00eb nj\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtyre individ\u00ebve justifikohet p\u00ebr shkelljet e r\u00ebnda t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs nderkomb\u00ebtare humanitare, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb krimet kund\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimit dhe krimet e luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kryeprokurori Williamson n\u00ebnvizoi q\u00eb viktimet e k\u00ebtyre krimeve ishin kryesisht serb\u00eb, rom\u00eb dhe pakic\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb por gjithashtu shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i etiketuan si kolaboracionist\u00ebt e serb\u00ebve ose, m\u00eb shpesh, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin thjesht\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb politik t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. TFHS-ja ka konstatuar q\u00eb individ\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar n\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsin\u00eb e lart\u00eb t\u00eb ish-U\u00c7K-s\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn element\u00eb t\u00eb asaj organizate t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb dhun\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar fuqin\u00eb politike dhe pasuri personale p\u00ebr vet\u00ebn. Kryeprokurori n\u00ebnvizoi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb si individ\u00eb q\u00eb ata duhet t\u00eb mbartin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr krimet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Kryeprokurori Williamson deklaroi q\u00eb TFHS-ja mund t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb nj\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtyre individ\u00ebve kur nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm gjyq\u00ebsor i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm vendoset p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur nj\u00eb gjyq krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pavarur, t\u00eb paansh\u00ebm dhe transparent q\u00eb siguron standard\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb sigurimit p\u00ebr d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt dhe p\u00ebr procedurat penale.
