In addition, two guests from Osijek were in attendance, Miroslav Varga and \u017deljan Mrak, both Croatian war veterans. Nata\u0161a Kandi\u0107 from the HLC, a member of the Coordination Council of the Coalition for RECOM, gave an introductory speech and moderated the discussion while Marko Veli\u010dkovi\u0107 from the Center for the Development of Civil Resources addressed the \u201cWhy RECOM\u201d part of the discussion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.recom.link\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Opinions-Suggestions-and-Recommendations2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Opinions, Suggestions, and Recommendations<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"National Consultation with Veterans, Refugees, and Forcefully Displaced Persons on the Initiative for RECOM &nbsp;
