Representatives of the Office of the High Commissioner for Bosnia and Herzegovina, members of the Organization and Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), and the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ) participated in the debate. Consultations were opened by Mevludin Lupi\u0107 (Association of the families of imprisoned and missing members of the Zvornik municipality, BiH), Branko Todorovi\u0107, (The Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Republika Srpska, BiH), and Nata\u0161a Kandi\u0107 (The Humanitarian Law Center), and the discussion was moderated by Vehid \u0160ehi\u0107 (The Forum of Tuzla Citizens, BiH).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.recom.link\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/Suggestions-opinions-and-recommendations.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Suggestions, opinions, and recommendations<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Consultation with the Local Community &nbsp;
