It highlights that the academic community is not homogeneous, while research shows that young people inherit family narratives and adopt the positions of political elites transmitted through the media.<\/p>\n

At the same time, civil society initiatives with transformative potential were identified, yet they lack stable support from the European Union and other donors.<\/p>\n
