The Center for Research, Documentation and Publication <\/a>(CRDP) launched the Policy Analysis on Witness Protection in the Republic of Kosovo on September 15. This is a policy analysis done throughout the past months, where a review of literature, review of the Law on Witness Protection and qualitative interviews were used to gather the necessary data. The focus is on witness protection and its key challenges, as well as the implications of it for the whole justice system in the country, and the ability of Kosovo to provide Rule of Law. As a result, several concrete recommendations were provided as to improving the current state of witness protection.<\/p>\n
