At today\u2019s hearing (15 September 2015) Judge Gordana Aran\u0111elovi\u0107, Presiding Judge in the lawsuit against Nata\u0161a Kandi\u0107 and the HLC [General Dikovi\u0107\u2019s lawsuit for libel and violation of honor], decided to exclude the public on the grounds of the courtroom being small and having no place for journalists. The first defendant, Nata\u0161a Kandi\u0107, legal representative of the HLC, Sandra Orlovi\u0107, and lawyer Vladimir Gaji\u0107 left the courtroom, saying that the decision was not based on the grounds prescribed by law adding it was a serious breach of the lawsuit and the principle of public hearing. Today, Nata\u0161a Kandi\u0107 was planned to ask questions to General Dikovi\u0107.<\/p>\n
