There were 30 participants, mostly representatives of victims\u2019 associations, veterans, and human rights organizations activ- ists. The initiative to create RECOM was pre- sented by Vesna Ter\u0161eli\u010d (Documenta, Croatia), Nata\u0161a Kandi\u0107 (Humanitarian Law Center, Serbia), Katarina Kruhonja (Center for Peace, Non- violence, and Human Rights, Croatia), and Mirko Kova\u010di\u0107 (Mothers of Vukovar Association, Croatia). Croatian Radio Vukovar, B92 and Vukovarske novine reported on the gathering.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.recom.link\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/Comments-suggestions-and-opinions1.pdf\">Comments, suggestions and opinions<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"National Consultation with Associations of the Families of the Missing and Homeland Defenders on the Initiative for RECOM &nbsp;
