A total of 35 representatives of associations of victims and victims\u2019 family members, local non-governmental organizations, one representative of youth organizations, one student, and one journalist participated in the work of the consultation. An imam from Srebrenica also participated in the consultation. Participants were mainly from Srebrenica, Bratunac, and Zvornik. One vic- tims\u2019 representative came from Vlasenica. Vesna Ter\u0161eli\u010d (Documenta, Croatia), Bogdan Ivani\u0161evi\u0107 (International Center for Transitional Justice), and Branko Todorovi\u0107 (Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in the Republic of Srpska, BiH) gave open- ing statements. Vehid \u0160ehi\u0107 (Citizens\u2019 Forum of Tuzla, BiH) was the moderator. Amir Kulagi\u0107 (from Srebrenica, BiH) also gave an opening statement.
